Perpetual motion Concept

If Hawking Radiation is proven to exist, it would be a pervasive universal source of free energy, provided some way could be found to harness the particles, perhaps by a sieve that would allow one kind to pass while the other was trapped, thereby creating an energy differential and two pockets of fuel and anti-fuel which could be recombined to release their energy. Presumably Hawking Radiation cannot be depleted so this could create arbitratially large supplies of fuel. This may only be practical if a micro black hole could be harnesses, but this procedure does produce energy from nothing.
